等離子噴涂修復磨損螺旋軸

    螺旋軸是一種利用電機帶動螺旋回轉,推移物料以實現輸送目的的機械。當螺旋軸轉動時,由于物料的重力及其與槽體壁所產生的摩擦力,使物料只能在葉片的推送下沿著輸送機的槽底向前移動,其情況好像不能旋轉的螺母沿著旋轉的螺桿作平移運動一樣 。物料在中間軸承的運移,則是依靠后面前進著的物料的推力。所以,物料在輸送機中的運送,完全是一種滑移運動。由于輸送的大多都是顆?;蛘叻蹱钗锪?,在輸送過程中,螺旋軸表面與物料長時間接觸摩擦,表面容易磨損,長時間磨損如果不及時修復的話,容易導致機器故障,從而影響生產效率。
    等離子噴涂是用等離子火焰加熱熔化噴涂粉末使之形成涂層,等離子噴涂工作氣體進入弧狀區后,被電弧加熱形成等離子體,經過高壓壓縮后呈高速等離子射流噴出,粘附在零件表面,從而獲得結合良好的層狀致密涂層。等離子噴涂技術是一種材料表面強化和表面改性的新技術,可以使基材表面具有耐磨、耐蝕、耐高溫氧化、電絕緣、隔熱等性能;工藝簡便,可噴涂金屬、合金、陶瓷材料等特點,現在廣泛應用于航天、航空、機械、化工、石油、冶金、交通等各部門。等離子噴涂是一種工藝,隨著等離子噴涂技術、設備、工藝的不斷發展跟完善,可進一步提高效率,降低成本。

    等離子噴涂根據不同的作用,可分為結構涂層跟功能涂層。結構涂層在工業生產中有廣泛而重要的應用,如耐磨涂層,耐熱涂層(熱障涂層),耐腐蝕涂層,等離子噴涂氧化物涂層等。
